Quality live music enhances any gathering.
My ensembles feature some of the finest acoustic musicians in the DC and NYC areas. And we perform
music ranging from bluegrass to Irish to light swing (tailored to your preferences).
We play regularly for the contra dances at Glen Echo Park (in Glen Echo, MD). With fiddle, piano, mandolin & tenor banjo, we do high-voltage Irish and American tunes.
With years of wedding-playing experience under their
belts, a fine sound system and the ability to call a few
square dances (or bring along a dedicated caller), the
Sultans know just when to add a waltz, nail a banjo
instrumental, or play another swing standard to keep
the dancers moving.
