Orrin Star & the Sultans of String's beguiling blend
of bluegrass, swing, celtic and country musical styles
may be just what the doctor would order for yours (if
he were hip).

Featuring some of the finest acoustic musicians in
the DC-area, the Sultans perform as a trio, quartet or
quintet, and always include banjo, guitar, mandolin,
stand-up bass, vocals and usually a fiddle (quartet
or quintet).

With years of wedding-playing experience under their
belts, a fine sound system and the ability to call a few
square dances (or bring along a dedicated caller), the
Sultans know just when to add a waltz, nail a banjo
instrumental, or play another swing standard to keep
the dancers moving.
